Agreement, eligibility, and accounts
These Terms apply when you access or use YoTeeky. By creating an account, you agree to them. You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information.
- Account creation and returning-user sign-in are separate passwordless flows.
- Secure your email account and promptly report unauthorized access.
- One person or organization may use only accounts and creator data they are authorized to control.
The service
YoTeeky analyzes creator-imported history and produces account-scoped analytics, recommendations, scripts, experiments, and outcome records. Features may change as the service improves.
- The current release uses CSV imports and does not provide live TikTok synchronization.
- Outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed before use or publication.
- No outcome, reach, revenue, follower growth, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation
Paid access renews for the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Stripe processes payment details. Taxes and any additional charges must be shown before purchase.
- You may manage or cancel renewal through the Customer Portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- A failed, reversed, or disputed payment may suspend paid access.
- EU/EEA consumers also have the withdrawal and complaint rights described in the EU Consumer Information page.
Included AI and Growth updates
AI is included in the YoTeeky subscription or free trial up to the plan’s listed Growth-update allowance. A Growth update reviews posts imported since the previous update, updates account patterns, and produces evidence-backed recommendations and draft scripts.
- Trial includes 1 creator account and one total Growth update per user over seven days. Creator includes 1 creator account and four Growth updates per Stripe billing period for the workspace. Pro includes up to 3 creator accounts in one workspace and twelve Growth updates shared across that workspace per Stripe billing period.
- There are no automatic overage charges. When the allowance is reached, the next Growth update is blocked until renewal or a plan upgrade.
- Users must have authority to send imported content. AI availability depends on OpenAI. Nothing excludes YoTeeky's responsibility for its own security failures, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or mandatory consumer protections.
Acceptable use
Use YoTeeky lawfully and in a way that respects other people, platform rules, and the integrity of the service.
- Do not upload unlawfully obtained, infringing, confidential, malicious, or unnecessary third-party personal data.
- Do not probe, disrupt, bypass access controls, scrape the service, or use outputs for deception, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful profiling.
- Comply with advertising disclosures, intellectual-property rights, music licences, and TikTok rules for anything you publish.
Content, licence, and AI outputs
You retain rights you hold in uploaded material. You grant the operator a limited licence to host and process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
- You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for uploaded material.
- Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for your workspace.
- AI-assisted outputs are labelled within the product context and remain subject to human review.
Suspension, termination, and liability
Access may be limited or terminated for serious or repeated breaches, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
- You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to legally required retention.
- The final limitation-of-liability amount and governing-law clause require the operator’s confirmed legal identity and establishment jurisdiction.
- Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit excluding.
