Before you subscribe

Before an order is placed, checkout must clearly show the operator identity, service characteristics, total recurring price including applicable taxes or charges, payment method, billing interval, contract duration, cancellation conditions, and the fact that the order creates an obligation to pay.

  • Creator is a $24 monthly recurring digital service for 1 creator account and four Growth updates per Stripe billing period for that workspace. Pro is a $49 monthly recurring digital service for up to 3 creator accounts in one workspace and twelve Growth updates shared across that workspace per Stripe billing period. Both renew until cancelled.
  • The checkout price and currency control the amount charged. Automatic tax is not currently enabled, so the operator must confirm tax treatment before broad EU sales.
  • Contract confirmation and these notices must be supplied in a durable form after purchase.

14-day right of withdrawal

An EU/EEA consumer generally has 14 days from concluding an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement identifying the account and purchase to hello@awmbltd.com.

  • If you expressly request performance during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied where applicable law allows.
  • The withdrawal period can be extended if the required information was not supplied.
  • Refunds due after a valid withdrawal are generally made within 14 days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Model withdrawal wording

You may use this wording: ‘I hereby withdraw from my YoTeeky subscription contract. Account email: [email]. Order date: [date]. Name: [name]. Date of notice: [date].’ Send it to the operator contact once that address is confirmed.

  • You do not have to use the model wording; any clear withdrawal statement is sufficient.
  • Cancelling renewal in the billing portal is not necessarily the same as exercising a statutory withdrawal right.
  • Mandatory national consumer rights remain unaffected.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Submit service or billing complaints through the confirmed operator contact. The operator must provide a complaint-handling process and identify any consumer ADR body it is obliged or has committed to use.

  • The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is not linked here.
  • The European Commission publishes current consumer dispute-resolution information and national ADR bodies.
  • You may also contact the European Consumer Centre or competent consumer authority where applicable.
