AI Transparency Notice

Where YoTeeky uses AI, what it produces, and what users must review.

Updated 2026-08-28YoTeeky legal and compliance

When AI is used

YoTeeky uses automated and generative AI systems to classify imported posts, identify account-specific patterns, create recommendations, and draft scripts. The interface identifies these as AI-assisted product outputs rather than human advice.

  • AI processing starts only when the relevant product action is requested.
  • The active provider is OpenAI using the workspace owner's encrypted dedicated project key; the product identifies OpenAI and the active model. Outputs and token charges are generated by OpenAI.
  • No biometric categorization, emotion recognition, social scoring, or legal-significance decision is intended.

Limits and human responsibility

AI outputs are probabilistic and can be inaccurate, biased, outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable. Users control whether to edit, test, publish, or discard them.

  • Review factual claims, sponsorship disclosures, rights, music, safety, and platform compliance before publication.
  • Do not represent AI-assisted content as independently verified evidence.
  • Report harmful or clearly incorrect outputs through support.

EU transparency

Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies transparency duties to certain interactive and generative AI systems from 2 August 2026. YoTeeky provides this notice so users can recognize the AI-assisted parts of the service.

  • Generated recommendations and scripts are presented within an AI-enabled workspace and should be treated as AI-assisted drafts.
  • If YoTeeky later generates or manipulates public-interest content, deepfakes, or synthetic media, additional machine-readable marking or visible labelling may be required.
  • This notice will be revised as the product or applicable Commission guidance changes.
